With AI taking a more prevalent role in answering user questions, the traffic to the Excelguru Help Forums has seen a sharp decrease in traffic over the past couple of years. We do not see this trend changing anytime in the near future. As such, continuing to run the forums is just no longer feasible, so we have made the difficult decision to close them down at the end of the month.

Hi what are the specifics of you not being able to log? Can you give us the steps taken to log in and where that fails please?

I click the Mod link, the login box pops up, I enter my user name and password (same one as the forum, I assume?) and press OK, at which point the box just pops straight back up again. I think Zack has (or at least had) exactly the same problem. Only been this way for 5 years, so I've kind of got used to it now, but if it can be fixed, you're probably the man!

Hi the username and password for the secure folder prompt is not the same as your forum login, I will pm you later with details, I will also contact the other kids and get them up to speed.
