    With AI taking a more prevalent role in answering user questions, the traffic to the Excelguru Help Forums has seen a sharp decrease in traffic over the past couple of years. I first discovered Power Query in late 2018 and found it to be a fantastic and powerful tool. Especially in the early years, Ken showed me time and again which features could help me solve my problems. I will always remember his help.

However, I’ve since joined the ranks of those who like to ask AI for help. The biggest advantage of AI is that I don’t have to wait hours or days to get a satisfactory answer. But—and this is very important—AI’s answers often need to be questioned multiple times before they deliver the desired result.
