Replacing default value of zero with blank cell

I have a sheet with the default value set at zero. When I create chart, the first data point has a value. The balance show zero for balance of year. How do I set default value to a empty cell to avoid the line of zero values.

You can use the function NA (i think that is the right one in engihs version) to get No Data instead of 0. This will show an error in the cell that you can hide by using conditional formating on that cell (if #N/A, font to be same color of cell) and will prevent for the graph going to 0. The line just stops being shown.
 
Consider pulling the dataset into PQ and replace 0 with null, this will ensure that these 0 cells do not show up in any pivot tables etc
