Transform Data into useful table

Hi and thanks for any help in advance.

I have this table that looks like this:

Type	Info
PAGE	00001
CREDIT	$1,871.34
EFFECTIVE DATE	01/16/2018
ORIGINATOR	VERA-FUND LLC
PAGE	00002
CREDIT	$324.00
EFFECTIVE DATE	01/16/2018
ORIGINATOR	NALCHBP GROUP

and I need to transform it to where it just shows all the info for page 1 on 1 row. For example the first row would be $1,871.34, 1/16/2018, VERA-FUND LLC. The second row would be the same repeating.

Is there a way to do this?
