I'm trying to load some dbf (dBase) files - I want to Append their content so Power Query is the "go to" tool of course. But there's no direct connector.
I've tried using the Microsoft ODBC driver (from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255 ) and I get as far as using New Query / ODBC / pick my DSN or paste in a connection string / select any file from the navigation list. But at that point I get this error on every table/file:
DataSource.Error: ODBC: ERROR [42000] [Microsoft][ODBC dBASE Driver] Invalid SQL statement; expected 'DELETE', 'INSERT', 'PROCEDURE', 'SELECT', or 'UPDATE'.
Has anyone got this working?
