Query loads 100 preview rows only in worksheet.

One of my Power Query queries is now only loading 100 preview rows when loading to worksheet. Is there are setting that controls this? I do not recall making any changes to cause this, it just happened when changing the query to a connection only then back again to a worksheet load. Any idea what caused this and how to fix it?
