PQ New Column Text Search returns Null

In PQ - I created a New Column A...to Text Search in Column B for the word Assembly... If ColumnB = "Assembly" then I want it to be placed in the Column B else Null. PQ consistently returns Null... If I do this in Excel, the word Assembly is found without a problem... Why the difference... I am using Excel Office 365..64bit There are "nulls" in Column B

Just in case I did a Trim/Clean "transform" on ColumnB before I did the Create new Column. My tricks aren't working...

Can you post some sample data so we can see what some of the possible values are?
