PQ Date error issues

Doing something silly here and cannot see what. Have grabbed the spot rate 2016 US dollar from BOC website (copy paste) and when converting in PQ getting an error. Using locale English US. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

Well, the dates are in format dd/MM/yyyy which is not the format used by en-US.
It is, however, used by 254 other locales.
My suggestion would be to use "fr-FR".
I think "iu-cans-CA" (Inuktitut (Syllabics) Canada) would be a bit too exotic.

(I did try locale English (Canada) before I sent the question and had the same challenge which is a bit strange given that it is pulled from the BOCanada website?)
