Merging updated worksheets

I receive an open order report at regular intervals. I add columns and populate cells in them to the report. The next open order report will have new rows and deleted rows (items shipped). How can I merge my existing report with the new one without have to create and repopulate my added cells?

Maybe if you upload your small sample workbook could attrack the solver to see the problem and maybe some member can givin you the idea....
