How to clear / update filter

Please refer to my attached sample.
First, the data source column A contain A,B,C,D.
Then, I create a Pivot Table.
Then, I delete the whole row C in data.
Refresh data source. However, the PT filter still have A,B,C,D even though data only contain A,B,D.

Hey there,

When I open your sample file, I'm only seeing rows A, B, D in the PivotTable. I deleted Row B in the Data sheet, then refreshed and, as expected, I end up with A, D in the PivotTable.

Have you tried closing Excel and re-opening it? Sometimes it can get messed up and stop working properly. Not sure if that's the case here, but it's worth checking.
