I am trying to use transform and load on power query to align the below date into 4 columns Please help date description credit debit balance

It really would be easier to supply an Excel workbook or a txt file, however, 2 methods in the attached.
There are probably easier ways.

My file is in csv format . Can I attach? the system is not allowing me to attach the file
Anyway, I am grateful for your help. I am working it out from the queries to make sense of your queries

Worst case, change the extension to .zip and tell us what it should be changed back to (or actually zip it up).
