Group and sum delimited values

Greetings to all!

I urgently need to convert this table:

into this:

the problem is as follows:

• Find a unique combination of Data1, Data2, Data3 by row
• Group by each combination found so that I get lists in the Elements column and sums in the Value columns.
• I'm just starting to learn PQ
• Please help!
