Excel 2016 June Update Get & Tranform issues

my Excel office 365 updated in June. I used Get & Transform button to create a query .

Once i closed my work book and opened the work book again all the Button in the "Get & Transform" - New Query , Show Queries, From table Recent source are UNRESPONSIVE, if I click any of them nothing happens.

So I did a complete 2016 repair it started to work BUT once I closed the work book and back to same issue decribed aove

Do any one have a work around

I haven't heard of this issue, no. That's not good at all.

Out of curiosity, which SKU of Office 2016 are you on? You can find out under File --> Account. I'm listed a "Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus". Just curious what you show.

Hello Ken I really like your M data monkey book,

I think i have solved the issue; I had downloaded Power BI 64bit while all my other application are on 32 Bit; I uninstalled the BI and it looks fine.

With the BI i was getting an error : your Microsoft Mashupoledb.1 not registerd to this machine; when reading about it I tried the uninstall of Bi

Weird. I'm surprised that it installed at all, to be honest. I would have expected the installer to check the bitness. Of course, I suppose if they could do that, we'd only need one download package, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised...

I started having the same issue today and I think finally i it was my Oracle Hyperion Smartview which is creating the isssue
