Excel 2010 Multi select drop down menus

I'm not sure what category this question falls into...
I have created multiselect drop down menus in a spreadsheet.
I want to know how I can extract the users choices into another cell in the spreadsheet.
I'm hoping this is simple and not a VBA effort.
Any help would be appreciated​

Hi,

In the cell you want the info to appear you can use "=E1"" as an example.
E1 will be cell that you have the dropdown.
This will not work for multi select.
Are you really using a "DropDown" or "Combobox"?

Remark
After thinking about this I think you may need code. And too if the data selected goes to the same cell
it will need to be joined.
