Error while running a custom query to clean a Trial Balance

Hello: I am trying to create a function to clean very ugly Trial balances: I don't know where the error is. I think I called out the function right however I cannot clean the report. In the attached file are the 3 trial balances ( Table 1 inside the query is the clean one for Dec: I want all the Nov & Oct TB to be cleaned the same way ) and the other 2 months ( Nov & Oct).Any help would be appreciated . Thanks in advance. Regards

Try this version (attached).

Simply invoke the function and supply it the name of the table.
