Error Message When Grouping Data - "DataFormat.Error we couldn't convert to number"

I am getting this error message "DataFormat.Error: We couldn't convert to Number" when I am attempting to group data in a power query window. If I remove the column it refers to in the error, it errors on another column with the same message.

Hey there,

Maybe try setting the data types on the columns before you try to group. My guess is that Power Query has assigned a textual data type to one of the columns, and that is what is causing your issue.
