Dealing with bad data in columns - automating the removing duplicates

Question from a friend: "I've been trying to get excel to remove duplicate values column by column for a dynamic number of columns. I've got nearly 500 columns I've been having to manually go in a clean up so any help is greatly appreciated. What I need it to do is highlight a column, remove duplicates without a header, move onto the next column, highlight column, remove duplicates, move onto the next column, ect. , for all the columns in the sheet."

I think this could be done in PQ...but the dynamic columns is a stumper.
