Data convertion - I need output, different from the locale

I have a data set in csv, in which the date format is ddmmyyyy, and my locale is mmddyyyy; I converted it to date via locale (English - United kingdom), but this makes my output mmddyyyy. How can I convert this output to ddmmyyyy?
