Create a crosstabulated report from a vendor data for certain rows

Hello Everybody. I have a table with vendor data and I am trying to pivot certain rows into 7 columns as I am showing below. This is the end result I am trying to get at. I am using excel 2016. See attached file Thanks in advance for the help in this great forum.
