Connect Power Query to company's intranet's based source or report

Hello,

Just wondering if anybody can share a trick on best way to connect to internal website's source or location. When choosing "From Web" source, then it gives a choice of using Basic, Web API, Windows, Anonymous or Organizational Account. I tried all but was not successful.
