Conditional Formatting Formula

Hi All,

I have a spread sheet where Column P has a date in it, I want to be able to highlight that column if the date is 14 days or more.

Example:

Column P: 17/07/12
Becasue it is now past 14 days from Column P it would be highlighted Yellow.

Can any one tell me the formula.

Use a cell value of less than a value of TODAY()-14
