Budget - Input multiple events within date range: 7 Days, 14 Days, 1 Month

Hi guys, I have managed to get the basics done (Budget Project) where the user can input to a worksheet from a form, but I am confused how to correctly code some input options to input recurring data. Example, Rent needs to be entered into the budget for every 2 weeks within a start & end period.

To save a heap of chat, I include my worksheet & all will be obvious, any tips, links, or samples will be greatly appreciated, hours of 'net search have regretfully been unsuccessful.
