I'm having trouble finding information on these two things:

First column says: "2013/2/5 12:56:23" which is date and time.
I need to delete the date, and convert the time to a 12-hour view, being "12:56 pm"

Then, I need all other rows underneath to revert to just showing the time as well. How can I batch format this?
(I have 20,000 rows which is why I cannot manually change each one)
