getting folders from excel to be folders

yes i will have to use the bat method, but...
the data in excel are dates. used "text" to convert them to text so i would not just have numbers.
great i now have folders as dates like 22-mar-07.
but windows does not sort them well!
they are not in order!
what do i do?

Change them, otherwise months sort alphabetically and apr will come before mar!

Use the format dd-mm-yyyy instead.

Yes, I should have said that: YYYY-MM-DD.
